This Privacy Policy explains how Atiro (“Atiro,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request a free audit, or use our services. Information you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, business name and website, city or service area, email address, and whether you currently pay for marketing or leads.

Account information. If you create an account, authentication is handled by our provider (Google Firebase Authentication). We receive a user identifier and the email address associated with your account.

Service data. For customers, we process marketing performance data on your behalf — including call-tracking and form-attribution data collected on your website and business profiles, and analytics about your rankings and traffic.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and referring source) through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• prepare and deliver your requested audit and its findings;
• provide, operate, and improve our services and website;
• communicate with you about your audit, account, or requests;
• measure marketing performance and attribute results to their source for customers;
• maintain security and prevent abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used (for example, via privacy-conscious analytics). We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Audit-request details are retained while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterward; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@atiro.ai and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

You can opt out of our emails at any time — reply “no thanks” to any message and you’re off the list, one click, done.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address issues if they arise.

Atiro is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
